1 General Terms & Conditions

6 Bonus Terms

• Bets will not be accepted after the designated time has passed in Sports Betting.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Kb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Providing a false identity or age
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Long-term inactive accounts

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

Kb444 always puts responsible gaming first. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, gaming time limits, and loss limits.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, a voluntary self-exclusion option is available.
• A cooling-off period of 7 days to 6 months can be taken.
